Shipping Policies

LOCAL DELIVERY SHIPPING (GTHA)

We offer same-day delivery within the GTHA (see eligible postal codes below) for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

If your address qualifies, the delivery option will appear at checkout.
If you do not see this option, your location is not eligible for local delivery.

Shipping Rates (Local Delivery)

Flat rate: $8.49

Local delivery is intended for small orders only. Medium to large parcels exceeding 3kg are not eligible and will automatically be assigned to standard shipping carriers at checkout.

⚠️ Items typically over 3kg include:
Gallon sizes, case-packed products, hazardous materials, and high-value items.


OTHER SHIPPING SERVICES

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and Purolator.
The most efficient carrier based on your location will be selected to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping

🚚 Processing: 1–2 business days (merchant fulfillment) + transit time (carrier dependent)

  • The timeframe shown at checkout refers to transit time only (after your order has shipped).
  • Orders require 1–2 full business days to be fulfilled by the merchant before shipment.
  • Carriers do not operate on weekends or holidays, which may affect delivery timelines.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
