SHIPPING POLICY
-Please allow 1-2 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. Usually, orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the same day.

PICK UP POLICY

-Order for pick up will be ready after 45mins in our business hours. Please give us a call if you need to pick up urgently. 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
No return or exchange on:
- All nail powders, polishes and gel polishes.
- Chemical (Liquid/ monomer, lotion, acetone, alcohol, etc)
- Hygienic products/ personal tools (Nail files, scissors, buffers, drill bits, clippers, cutters, nippers, pushers, brushes, etc)
- No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice and must be approved in advance.  All returns require a Return Authorization from Toronto Nail & Beauty supply.
- We are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on
Torontonailbeautysupply.com. Please review chart before final purchase.
- No returns or exchanges or refunds on product accepted after 30 days of receiving goods.
- All promotional items, sale items or clearance items are FINAL SALES (meaning no returns or exchanges on these items)

DAMAGED ITEMS
- A credit note will be given instead of money returned.
-If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please email us to:
Torontonailsupply@gmail.com and include clear pictures of your FULL SHIPMENT as well as a brief description of damaged/defective items within 24 hours. In response there will be an email with authorization for credit. This email is needed to obtain credit note.

WARRANTY
-Warranty policies are under manufacturer.
-Proof of purchase such as a receipt copy, along with a filled-out warranty card are required in
the event of a warranty claim.
