How to use:
1.  Apply base gel color as your choice 
2.  Apply gel matte top and cure for ~40s (curing too long will minimize the stickiness of the surface for the pigment to stay)
3.  Apply the powder to the nail surface with a sponge brush/ ombre brush and repeat this step as needed to create the ombre effect
4.Remove excess powder and apply top coat
